INLOADERS FOR TRANSPORTING PRECAST CONCRETE ELEMENTS

THE PTN SERIES INLOADERS ARE SELF-PROPELLED TRANSPORTERS FOR HANDLING PANELS AND PRECAST CONCRETE ELEMENTS OF DIFFERENT SIZES AND WITH A LOAD CAPACITY OF 30 TONS AND MORE.

The PTN series self-propelled transporters are the best solution to handle loads positioned on bases, thanks to the special profiles for their lifting.

They can be used in many industrial sectors, including those of construction and prefabricated building construction for housing, commercial, and industrial purposes, as well as to transport precast concrete elements from production lines to warehouses and shipping areas.

These inloaders have a standard load capacity of 30 tons, but special versions with higher load capacities can be supplied on request. They are also equipped with a special lifting system patented by Italcarrelli, called “Sicur-Lift” (Patent Pending), which guarantees both mechanical and hydraulic safety.

During transport, the prefabricated elements are safely anchored to the transporters through hydraulic clamps whose position can be modified according to the load length and characteristics.

The dimensions of the trailer can be customized according to the specific dimensions of the racks on which the elements to be transported are loaded.

The PTN series inloaders can be supplied either with a diesel engine with a particulate filter or with an LPG engine. Electric versions with lead-acid, pure lead, or lithium batteries are also available. The engine management is controlled by software developed by Italcarrelli which ensures the highest performance and maximum efficiency with minimum consumption. Tires are of a superelastic type that is compatible with use on asphalt or uneven flooring. Finally, driving positions can be of a “standing operator” type or of a “seated operator” type.

A wide range of optional extras are available on request to meet any specific operator needs, e.g. closed cab, heating, and air conditioning system, version with the seated operator and rotating seat according to the direction of travel, version with the standing operator and double controls for forward or backward driving, cameras to increase the operator’s visibility, sensors for obstacle detection.
